Lead Pastor David Worcester
David and his wife Jessica have 3 boys. Before coming to Pathways in 2024, he served in ministry for 16 years, including founding both a campus ministry SDSU and a church plant.
David has a Masters in Theological Studies from Gateway Seminary and is a certified Maxwell Leadership speaker, trainer and coach. He is passionate about communicating God's truth in a clear, compelling and creative way, and empowering people to follow Jesus and become who God made them to be. He also enjoys surfing and playing catch with his boys.
